So, most of what has appeared on my blog this last week I originally wrote on my ReMarkable. I find it strangely compelling. Perhaps it is the tactile sensation; perhaps there is something in C. S. Lewis’s advice to young writers about getting away from a typewriter. I don’t know; never seemed able to use pen and paper like this. Maybe it’s just a toy, a novelty I’m enjoying in the moment. Anyway, one of the things I’m also doing with it is doodling. It’s not really made for creative writing or scrawling out little pictures—but that hasn’t stopped me yet.
