I would like to point out, in the abstract, what we are contemplating, by and large, could constitute, in the type of mind more stringent than lenient, I mean that regrettably unimaginative person who might conceive of our meditated actions in terms of their legitimate nature under certain restrictive legal codes, a sort of unlawful understanding between private individuals for which we may indeed be held liable by certain authoritative bodies were they, our general intentions regarding future investments and the proposed pressuring of individuals through, again what a smallminded person might misconstrue as, threats of bodily violence, made public.
