Eternal Hatred

In the dream, we were alone. I cannot describe to you the desertion, the complete and utter separation. We were so far from all light, there was not even darkness; the very meaning of a shadow was forgotten with the words sun, moon, and stars. Us, was all which was, and that thing which is us that neither of us is on his own.

It was red, I remember, or think I do; and it was love and war and hatred and desire. It grew into a whole world only to burn up as an everlasting hell. So were we.
