…and the rehabilitory application cannot be understated. This is a behavioral modifier. It might be the end of violent crime altogether, provided the right laws can be passed. We once killed men who could not be conformed to the social order, and now we lock them up, at great expense. Little has changed. The human element, the potential, is still wasted. In the grave, or in a jailcell, that little invention called a soul slips away unused. No more. I’m a humanitarian at heart. I will no longer let the fiction of freewill shackle humanity. I will make earth heaven.
