Today is the first anniversary of the Dobbs decision, and I’m wondering how many children are turning one today as well on account of it. How many babies are crying and laughing because they weren’t butchered by forceps or flushed away by poison? It’s a wonderful thought that children are alive, not dead.
I still live in a state promoting abortion, and I know that the battle is not over; however, this is a victory worth remembering. Let us make it a day of prayer and thanksgiving, a somber sort of celebration; let us confess our nation’s sins to God and thank Him that our country’s laws no longer demand the blood sacrifices it has for the last fifty some years.
