Day Off

It’s a bit gloomy where I’m at today. The morning was cloudy but brilliant with rich, heartrending color; it has all given way to a grey, winter’s fog. I love both, don’t get me wrong. I felt that I should soon take a wrong turn and end up in Innsmouth, which, for all I know, I have. The sea is near, raging and frothing while the rain drizzles over all, whispering softly that so too fall the sands of time.

I have a day off, a few hours to myself, and I think I have spent them well so far.
