2023: The Beginning

Happy New Year!

I’ve been trying to think up what would be a good resolution. What I really need to do, what most of us need to do, is get healthy, or healthier, at any rate. I’ve been trying to jog on the treadmill on weekdays, but I’m beginning to think that I need more help than that. I might need to start doing what I’ve always hated doing, lifting weights, which means joining a gym. Oh well, it’s a chestnut, but it’s a good resolution, nonetheless. Off to the gym, darn it!
