Stopped by the River

Visited my home state of Oregon. Stopped by the river today. Oregon is the most beautiful place I know of.

Here two streams meet. Don’t know their names. Had to jump across a few rocks to get here.
I really enjoyed the image of the fog drifting past the tops of the trees here.
A calm spot. It started raining.
I circled around and got back to where I started.
The sun had finally started to rise and things were getting warmer. It was still raining, but I didn’t see a rainbow. When I was younger, I snuck into this park after closing and wandered around. There was a bat flying around under this bridge, and, watching it, I was suddenly struck by an idea for a novella.
A self portrait.
Heading back toward the car. It’s amazing how much can change in a few hours. The sun came up and even the winter felt warm.
Didn’t see the Porta-Potty when I took this. Still a good picture, and by this point, I really needed to relieve myself.
Last picture of the day. I wasn’t at the river here. Stopped at a restaurant, and, when I came out, I saw the sun hiding behind the clouds and just had to snap one last photo.
