So, I was a little stymied today as I attempted to take a survey for my school. The question regarded Covid, and all the answers provided were basically the same: You could answer that you were afraid of the Wu-flu and think the school’s doing a good job of prevention, or you could answer that you are afraid of the China Virus and think the school needs to do more. You had to select one of these, but afterwards, there was a box for further input. I put in my two cents:
Please remove propagandistic language from emails and posters, be men, and stop panicking over a cold. Forgive my hyperbole, but look at the options above: You don’t give dissenting voices a chance to say something like, “The university is enforcing draconian measures over a none issue.” You are searching for the answer you want, not for the truth. This is ideological and perverse.
Strangely enough, there was another box at the end of the survey prompting me to give any additional feedback that I had, and I had some:
I love our school and the opportunities it affords. However, the slide into outright leftism worries me. Christ has no part in BLM, a terrorist organization being promoted on our campus. One speaker in SF 511 even expressed gratitude toward the violent rioters on the same day police officers were hunted down and shot in another state, not so long after a man was murdered by an antifa-thug in our own city because of his support for Donald Trump. This speaker was grateful because it made her job “easier.” This is a damnable outrage. Whatever work she is doing is not the work of God; I kinda think it’s the other guy.
I await my future expulsion. See you in the gulags.
