So, let me explain something about myself. After spending this last weekend lying around in my bed watching hours of YouTube videos and coughing relentlessly, I became so disgusted with myself I’d have gone off to school this morning only to escape the pressing voice inside my head. Admittedly, I was in something of a daze walking around campus not quite over whatever bug I caught.
You see, I hate not doing whatever it is I’m supposed to be doing. Unfortunately, when I am sick this cloud descends over my brain, throwing my thoughts into a fog. This makes writing rather difficult. One of my go to tests of whether or not I have broken out of this funk is to play the classic minesweeper. It’s a great barometer for me. If I can play the game without making a mistake then I know my mind is clear; if I blow up the board within a minute, I know I am still befuddled.
I didn’t have minesweeper with me today, but I am pretty sure I wouldn’t have been able to go twenty seconds without killing the little yellow face. So today, and the last four days as well, has gone by in a slow blur. But out of any cloud a silver lining can be mined, and my silver lining is the discovery of a new YouTube channel, Door Monster.
In the last few days I have consumed every comedy sketch of theirs I could find. Here are a few random videos of theirs I would suggest.
